Mbut Lolwe Sculpture Plaque

Plaque frame made out of 100% recycled plastic – molded from discarded cooking oil containers. The plaque was designed to commemorate the Mbut Lolwe Sculpture, the opening of the Naam Festival and the launch of the Flipflopi expedition. The sculpture, created by Naam Festival Artists, is a symbol of resilience of the ecosystem and a wake up call to action against plastic pollution on Lake Victoria and the basin. Watch this space as we showcase recent “Lake Victoria Themed” product molds that ISK students have designed to be used with our plastic recycling machines that we donated to the new Flipflopi Kisumu Innovation Hub.
