A couple of months ago we sent a plastic shredder and injection molding machine up to the Learning Lions Campus on the western shores of lake Turkana. Last week we conducted a training session (which included a visit from the minster of environment of Turkana County) and gathered user feedback from the team on the ground. Watch this space as we design products that we hope will allow Learning Lions to turn waste plastic into precious items for the people of Turkana.
