Plastiki Rafiki was recently voted best “Waste Reduction and Recycling Initiative” in Kenya by an independent panel of judges drawn from non-profit organizations, academia, sustainability advocacy, professional bodies, industry networks, and media. The yearly CSR (CSR 100) Awards recognize brands who have excelled in social impact initiatives and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
